Will I feel comfortable receiving care from the staff at Dove House?
Yes. We understand and respect the dignity and privacy components of personal care. It is our main goal to establish rapport while matching the skills and personalities of our nurses to clients. All of our staff have previously worked in long term care settings and are additionally screened after receiving additional training at Dove House. Staff members must meet targeted qualifications as set forth by our RN to work with Dove House and Healthcare services. When they meet the standards of care, only then are they able to provide care to your loved ones.
Can I have the same staff member care for my loved one everyday?
Yes, our strengths lie within the continuity of care, and the quality of care maintained through one-on one relationships. Dove House is NOT a large facility therefor we have the continued ability to connect and form close relationships with our small care team. This concept is shared between residents and staff on a daily basis. Once we have the care plan determined, we will match specific caregivers to your needs who will remain with you for your journey.
Does Dove House offer end of life care?
Yes. End of life and compassionate care is one of our specialties. Our focus and dedication is unmatched when it comes to providing care for our residents during this life stage of their lives.
